Thrive Communities in Seattle, WA seeks an in-person Property Manager/Accounts role to manage income, AP, leasing, and resident relations. You’ll handle deposits, notices, and month-end tasks while maintaining community standards and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in property management or equivalent experience, including leasing, sales/closing, and customer service.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site.
• Accounts Payable experience or prior experience reviewing and paying/entering invoices.
• Affordable housing experience (LIHTC, MFTE, ARCH).

Responsibilities

• Income Collection & Accounts Payable: Maintains resident records, issues notices, deposits, oversees payments.
• Resident Relations: Fosters community, maintains positive relations, inspects properties, retention.
• Marketing: Manages ads, greets prospects, leasing duties, responds to inquiries, tracks market trends.
• Administrative: Updates reports, files leases, proofs paperwork, handles move-ins/outs, processes service requests.
• General: Performs other duties as assigned by the Community Manager or Regional Manager.
