Job summary

UDR is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to coordinate move-in activities, oversee resident service requests, and maintain high standards of customer service across the community.

You will conduct move-in orientations, manage communications with residents, and collaborate with the Business Manager and Renewal teams to support leasing goals. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business administration or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years of office experience required.
• Minimum of Two years’ experience in residential properties or related operations preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in orientation and follow-up for new residents.
• Provide walk-in and phone-based resident assistance and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain resident communications using CRM and organize packages.
• Assist Business Manager and Renewal teams to meet leasing goals.
• Perform property condition walkthroughs and ensure amenities are stocked and ready.
• Provide back-up coverage by guiding tours and greeting visitors.
