Job summary

UDR is hiring a Resident Service Specialist for Columbus Square in NY to coordinate move-in activities and deliver high-quality resident service. You will manage walk-in traffic, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with the Community Director and Manager to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Responsibilities include move-in orientation, package handling, and maintaining CRM records. A strong customer service focus and familiarity with Onesite are essential, with occasional evening or weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years office experience preferred.
• Two years’ experience in residential properties or rental operations preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in orientation and follow up with new residents.
• Provide responsive resident service and manage communications via voicemails, texts, emails.
• Scan documents into Onesite and organize incoming packages.
• Assist with lease-related tasks and coordinate with managers to meet leasing goals.
• Inspect move-in units and amenities to ensure standards are met.
