Job summary

UDR, Inc. is seeking a Resident Service Specialist for Vitruvian West in Addison, Texas.

You will coordinate responses to resident service issues, oversee move-in coordination, and ensure high-quality customer service within the community. You will use Onesite and CRM to track requests, assist with walk-in traffic, respond to voicemails and emails, and collaborate with the Community Director and Business Manager to meet leasing and renewal goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of office experience is required.
• Experience in residential properties or leasing is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in orientation and follow up on resident satisfaction.
• Scan and manage documents using Onesite.
• Guide walk-in traffic and respond to resident inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with Business Manager and Renewal teams to meet leasing goals.
• Maintain CRM records and resident communications.
