Job summary

Neighborly Communities seeks a Community Manager to support operations across residential properties in Oregon. You will lead on-site teams, ensure fair housing compliance, manage vendor relationships, and drive resident satisfaction while upholding our core values.

Reporting to the Senior Community Manager, you will handle reporting, budgeting, lease activity, safety meetings, and community events, leveraging platforms like ResMan, Tenant Tech, Leonardo, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Property Management with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Or at least two years of management experience in property management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, maintenance, and daily operations of assigned Neighborly Communities properties.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and deliver excellent resident service.
• Direct on-site staff, conduct performance evaluations, and manage reporting requirements.
• Coordinate lease expirations/renewals, market surveys, and weekly census reports.
• Maintain vendor information, oversee safety meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Plan resident retention events and supervise PMS platforms (ResMan, Tenant Tech, Leonardo, SharePoint).
