Job summary

Neighborly Communities is seeking a Community Manager to join our Bear Creek team in Oregon. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier customer service for residents while maintaining compliance and reporting duties.

You will collaborate with the Senior Community Manager and Regional Director of Operations to align property performance with company objectives, uphold fair housing standards, and coordinate lease and vendor activities on-site.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Property Management or equivalent.
1 year of relevant experience; or 2 years with a high school diploma.
LIHTC/Fair Housing knowledge (preferred).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

Oversee administration, maintenance, and daily operations of assigned properties.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
Address and resolve resident, vendor, and operations issues promptly.
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and maintain attendance.
Prepare reports such as budgets, asset management, and delinquency reports.
Coordinate lease expirations, renewals, market surveys, and move-in/out procedures.
Input vendor information accurately and manage bidding/services.
