Job summary

Neighborly Communities in Oregon seeks a Community Manager to support Bear Creek properties, coordinating operations, staff schedules, vendor relationships, and resident services.

You will ensure fair housing compliance, oversee daily property operations, deliver excellent customer service, and prepare reports while driving resident retention and upholding the company values and Outward Mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Property Management or equivalent, 1+ year in property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admin, maintenance, and daily operations of assigned properties.
• Ensure fair housing compliance and timely reporting of metrics.
• Address resident and vendor issues and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain on-site attendance, prepare reports, and manage lease expirations.
• Coordinate safety meetings and drive resident retention initiatives.
