Job summary

Neighborly Communities is seeking a Leasing Specialist to support the Community Manager in day-to-day leasing operations, resident and vendor service, and maintaining resident files at our Oregon properties.

You will help implement leasing strategies, ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and uphold company standards while delivering exceptional customer service and on-site coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing Guidelines.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with the administration, improvement, maintenance and general operations of Neighborly Communities' Properties.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all fair housing regulations.
• Adhere to all fair housing regulations.
• Help resolve operational and residential issues that may arise from residents, vendors, etc.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents by striving to exceed their expectations.
