Job summary

Neighborly Communities is seeking a Community Manager to support our Sunstone team in Oregon. The role oversees administration, maintenance, and daily operations, with a focus on fair housing compliance and exceptional resident service.

You will supervise staff, manage vendor relations, and report performance while upholding our values and attendance policies. The position requires LIHTC/ fair housing credentials and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Property Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant property management experience; 2 years management preferred.
• LIHTC Compliance required and Fair Housing certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, maintenance, and daily operations of properties.
• Ensure fair housing compliance and deliver excellent resident service.
• Supervise staff and report performance per 3A+ SAM guidelines.
• Coordinate vendor information and safety meetings; OSHA compliance.
