Neighborly Communities is seeking a Community Manager to support operations at a designated Oregon property. The role focuses on managing on-site staff, delivering excellent resident service, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

You will oversee daily tasks, attendance, reporting, and coordination of moves, leases, and vendor activities while upholding the organization’s values and expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management or related field.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and compliance standards.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate operations across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned properties and staff.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and reporting.
• Deliver exceptional resident service and handle issues promptly.
• Prepare reports on performance, budgets, and delinquency as needed.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs, renewals, and vendor management.
