Job summary

Neighborly Communities seeks a Community Manager to oversee residential properties in Oregon. The role partners with the Senior Community Manager and Regional Director of Operations, managing staff, maintaining compliance, and delivering outstanding resident service.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Property Management or equivalent management experience, with strong knowledge of fair housing laws and property systems. A drug-free workplace with required screenings is noted.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Property Management with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Or two (2) years of management experience, with emphasis in Property Management staff preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, maintenance, and daily operations of assigned properties
• Maintain understanding and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and manage vendor relations
• Prepare reports such as performance standards, asset management, budget, and delinquency reports
• Coordinate move-in/out procedures and lease expirations/renewals
• Manage safety meetings and OSHA compliance with Service Manager
• Plan and execute resident retention events
• Utilize property management platforms (ResMan, Tenant Tech, Leonardo, SharePoint)
