Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to manage marketing, sales, and resident engagement across our communities. You will guide prospects, applicants, and residents through the leasing process, helping them find the best home and ensuring a positive living experience from move-in to renewal.

The role emphasizes creating memorable first impressions, handling inquiries with a professional tone, and coordinating events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Property management or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all community inquiries per policy.
• Deliver resident experience with professional interactions.
• Create memorable living experiences through every encounter.
• Attract prospects through outreach and advertising.
• Follow up with qualified prospects per policy.
• Renew residents at end of lease terms.
• Manage prospective resident waitlist.
• Inspect property regularly and address issues.
• Prepare property for daily showings and model units.
• Perform pre-inspections for move-ins and move-outs.
• Coordinate Lifeworks events and activities.
• Understand lease agreements and policies.
