Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Property Management or Hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all community inquiries.
• Deliver high-level resident experience through professional interactions.
• Attract new prospects through outreach and advertising.
• Follow up with qualified prospects per company policy.
• Renew residents at end of lease terms where required.
• Inspect the property and prep for daily showings.
