Job summary

Bryten is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process. You will tour community amenities, process applications, and coordinate with maintenance to keep the property in top shape.

Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential for success in this on-site role. The ideal candidate has leasing experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in leasing or a related field preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Experience with Yardi, ResMan, On-Site or other property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documents accurately.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Support retention through excellent service and community engagement.
