Job summary

Bryten in San Antonio, TX is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant (Bilingual Preferred) to welcome prospective residents and guide them through tours, applications, and move-in processes. You’ll coordinate with maintenance, coordinate with marketing efforts, and ensure accurate leasing documentation while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will use property management software, maintain files, respond to inquiries promptly, and help achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Support resident retention through outstanding service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing records.
• Collaborate with maintenance and marketing to meet occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, policies, and laws.
