Job summary

Bryten is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to be the welcoming face of our McDonough community. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.

The ideal candidate brings leasing or related experience, superb customer service, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with property management software and MS Office is preferred; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing or a related field preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close leases.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and engaging prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and via electronic communication.
• Conducting community tours and showcasing apartment homes and amenities.
• Assisting prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Processing rental applications, lease renewals, and documentation accurately.
• Responding to resident questions and service requests in a timely manner.
• Supporting resident retention through excellent customer service and engagement.
• Maintaining organized resident files and leasing records.
• Coordinating with maintenance to ensure high community standards.
• Assisting with marketing and outreach to support occupancy goals.
