Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist applicants through leasing process from inquiry to move-in and document processing.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Support retention through exceptional service and community engagement.
