Bryten is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant in Buckeye, AZ. You will be the welcoming face for residents and prospective tenants, guiding them through tours, applications, and move-ins with a focus on exceptional service.

Your role includes coordinating leasing processes, maintaining records, and collaborating with maintenance and marketing to meet occupancy goals. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing or related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to close leases and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software such as Yardi/ResMan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective and current residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications and lease renewals accurately.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests promptly.
• Support retention efforts through outstanding customer service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance for appearance and repairs.
