Job summary

Bryten in Prosper, Texas, is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective and current residents, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate leases. You’ll support marketing efforts, promote a positive community, and ensure accurate records and timely responses.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to close leases. A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing or related field preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and close leases.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Assist with leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related docs.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests promptly.
• Support retention through strong service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing records.
• Coordinate with maintenance for community appearance and upkeep.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to support occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
