Ideal candidates will have leasing or related experience, solid communication abilities, and proficiency with MS Office. A valid driver's license is preferred for property visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or related field preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Assist with leasing process from inquiry to move-in and manage applications.
