Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, ResMan, On-Site) preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close leases.
• Basic math and financial comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Assist residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documents accurately.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Support retention efforts through excellent customer service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure property appearance meets high standards.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to support occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, company policies, and laws.
• Promote a positive, inclusive community environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
