Job summary

Madison Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Canton, GA on-site team. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, helping them find the perfect home while delivering exceptional service and leasing outcomes.

You will lease apartments, promote our communities, and stay informed about property features and competitive offerings. Occasional travel between two properties may be required, with weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with residents and prospects.
• Sales or leasing experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfort with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of the Community – provide top-notch service to current and prospective residents.
• Drive Leasing Success – lease apartments, meet occupancy goals, promote communities.
• Know Your Product – stay informed about property features and competition.
• Track & Follow Up – monitor traffic, follow up with prospects, analyze trends.
• Facilitate the Lease Process – guide applications and paperwork to completion.
• Ensure Move-In Readiness – conduct inspections and walkthroughs for new residents.
• Drive Renewals – build relationships and coordinate lease renewals.
• Market Like a Pro – engage in outside marketing to attract residents.
• Travel – occasional travel between Madison Midtown and Madison Grove properties.
