Madison Communities is seeking a Leasing Manager to join our team in a full-time on-site role. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, delivering exceptional service while driving leasing success and occupancy goals.

In this role, you will showcase our community amenities, stay informed about the market, manage the lease process end-to-end, and coordinate move-ins and renewals. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Familiarity with MS Office and property management software is a plus.
• Sales or leasing experience is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the community and provide top-notch service to residents and prospects.
• Drive leasing by meeting occupancy goals and promoting communities as the top choice.
• Know the product by staying informed on amenities and competition.
• Track traffic, follow up with prospects, and analyze trends for leasing strategy.
• Manage the lease process from application to paperwork to ensure compliance.
• Ensure move-in readiness with final inspections and walkthroughs.
• Drive renewals by building relationships and coordinating lease extensions.
• Market the communities through outside efforts to attract residents.
