Job summary

Madison Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team on-site in Canton, GA. You will be the first contact for prospects and residents, delivering exceptional service while driving leasing success.

You will showcase our communities, manage applications through move-in, and support renewals. Travel between properties may be required. Sales or leasing experience is a plus, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities for engaging with current and prospective residents.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using MS Office and property management software.
• Experience in property management or sales/leasing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the community, delivering top-notch service to residents and prospects.
• Lease apartments to achieve occupancy goals and promote our communities.
• Know the property, amenities, and competition to showcase offerings.
• Track leasing traffic, follow up with prospects, and analyze trends.
• Facilitate the lease process from application to paperwork.
• Ensure move-in readiness with inspections and walkthroughs.
• Drive renewals by building strong resident relationships.
• Market properties through outside efforts to attract renters.
• Travel occasionally between Madison Midtown and Madison Grove.
