Job summary

Madison Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant for an on-site role in Canton, GA. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, delivering exceptional service while driving leasing success.

Responsibilities include leasing, follow-up, move-in readiness, renewals, and marketing across two properties with occasional travel. Strong communication, team spirit, and organizational skills are valued; sales or leasing experience is a plus, and MS Office plus property

Qualifications

• Clear communication and customer-service orientation.
• Sales or leasing experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the community and deliver outstanding service.
• Lease apartments, meet occupancy goals, promote communities.
• Know the property, amenities, and competitive landscape.
• Track leasing traffic and follow up with prospects.
• Assist with the lease process from application to paperwork.
• Ensure move-in readiness and conduct final walkthroughs.
• Coordinate lease renewals to maximize retention.
• Market communities to attract residents; travel between properties.
