Job summary

Bell Partners is hiring a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, coordinate tours, respond to inquiries, and manage renewals in a high-volume apartment community. You will present leasing options, maintain product knowledge, and uphold Fair Housing standards while coordinating with management and maintenance teams.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, professional presentation, and team collaboration within a community-focused culture. Tools and training support success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service or leasing experience.
• Strong communication and professional image.
• MS Office proficiency.
• BAL strategic drivers familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property's products and services in accordance with budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends.
• Coordinate the resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines.
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other forms.
• Follow up with residents throughout the lease and provide timely responses to inquiries.
