You will ensure Fair Housing compliance and track leasing traffic while maintaining strong knowledge of our properties and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Must demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers.
• Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to work on a team or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Lease apartments and sell property’s products and services in accordance with budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and competition; assist with marketing activities.
