Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Must demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers and provide exceptional service.
• Ability to work on a team and present a professional image.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property’s products and services in accordance with budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and competition.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice.
• Coordinate the resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines.
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident, including the lease and addendums.
• Regular attendance and punctuality; proper documentation.
• Follow up with residents throughout the lease and address inquiries promptly.
