Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a leasing professional to greet residents and prospects, lease apartments, and promote Bell’s offerings. You will ensure Fair Housing compliance, track leasing activity, and support marketing efforts to position Bell communities as preferred living spaces.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and professional presentation, with opportunities for growth within a supportive, inclusive environment. On-site work with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Formación

• 1+ years' customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Professional image and ability to work in a team
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors to the community
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property’s products and services in accordance with budget
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends
• Coordinate the resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident including the lease, addendums, and forms
