Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors; coordinate tours.
• Lease apartments and promote community offerings within budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing standards are followed with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing activity and monitor traffic trends.
• Maintain product knowledge of property and competition; assist marketing activities.
• Process applications and complete lease packets; maintain accurate files.
• Communicate with residents and management; address inquiries promptly.
