Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. Regular onsite attendance is required, with responsibility to show units, qualify prospects, tour communities, and sign leases.

The role involves lease administration, lead generation, market surveys, and ensuring exceptional resident services. Requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA

Qualifications

• Must understand and perform all on-site software functions.
• Basic computer skills required for daily operations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, tour, and sign leases; greet and qualify prospective residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork and move-in documents.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and marketing plans.
• Ensure property standards and store area cleanliness, and support annual outreach plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage resident relations.
