Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations on-site. Regular attendance is required, with duties including greeting prospects, tours, and lease signings.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. On-site work with opportunities for bonuses and benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale: appointments, leads, tours, model units, and follow-up as needed.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Use established sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
• Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in resident retention programs (events, promotions, newsletter).
• Contribute to general upkeep of office and model areas.
• Assist in annual marketing plan outreach.
