Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. Regular on-site presence is required, with responsibilities including greeting prospects, tours, lease signings, and closing sales with timely follow-up.

The role involves maintaining accurate leasing data, assisting with audits, and supporting retention programs. A High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills are required, with knowledge of Fair Housing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork and required audits; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Maintain leasing data and support annual marketing plan outreach.
• Resolve resident complaints and support retention initiatives.
