Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. Regular on-site attendance is required, and you will greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.

Responsibilities include showing units, closing leases, preparing paperwork, supporting marketing initiatives, responding to inquiries within 24 hours, and assisting with lease audits and resident retention programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork and close sales; generate leads and follow up.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
