Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. Regular onsite presence is required, including showing, leasing, tours, and lease signings. You will handle prospect leads, schedule tours, complete leasing paperwork, and support retention efforts.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. OSHA awareness is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
