Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Responsibilities

• Handle property leasing and administration activities.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and close leases.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support in implementing marketing plans and community events; assist with rent audits and turnover tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve resident concerns to maintain satisfaction.
