Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all leasing, marketing, and resident-relations duties for a property. Regular onsite presence, showings, tours, and lease execution are required.

The role supports leasing goals, maintains model units, and uses established sales strategies to increase traffic. Education requires a high school diploma; basic computer skills and Fair Housing/OSHA knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct tours and close sales; schedule appointments and generate leads.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and marketing outreach.
• Monitor and respond to service requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
