Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance is required, with duties including showing units, signing leases, and following up on leads.

Responsibilities also include maintaining leasing data, supporting marketing plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA are required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including generating leads and following up.
