The role requires strong communication, time management, and ability to work evenings and weekends during peak periods. High school diploma required; related degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and articulate addendums to residents and guarantors.
• Close sales and guide prospects through leasing process.
• Promote the community through social media and marketing events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally.
• Maintain a positive community environment.
• Escalate resident concerns as needed.
• Perform daily operations tasks and log activities.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in Turn-related activities.
