Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. seeks a Community Ambassador to be at the forefront of the community, delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy year over year.

This role will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, assist in planning and participate in marketing and community events, and meet sales goals as outlined by the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred.
• Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's degree program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand Housing Contracts and clearly communicate details to residents and guarantors.
• Close sales and generate leads, schedule tours, and follow up with prospects.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in marketing events.
• Maintain daily checklists, logs, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Enforce policies, escalate resident concerns, and participate in Turn-related activities.
