Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents and to maximize occupancy. You will guide tours, close sales, and assist with marketing events under the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.

The role requires strong communication, meeting deadlines, and efficient time management, with evening/weekend hours and summer/Turn period availability. Join a team focused on resident experience and community excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and reliable.
• Self-discipline and time management are essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Available to work during summer and Turn period.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Close sales following LEASE guidelines; generate leads and conduct tours.
• Promote the community via social media and on-/off-campus events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and maintain a positive environment.
• Resolve resident concerns by escalating to the Community Manager.
• Perform daily opening/closing checklists and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Attend Landmark Lineup and staff meetings; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Log activities in prospect and resident accounts; manage packages and notifications.
• Enforce housing policies and Fair Housing compliance.
