Job summary

Landmark Properties Management, LLC is seeking a Community Ambassador in Austin to drive leasing, marketing, and resident experience. You will guide prospective residents through tours, generate leads, and help maximize occupancy year over year.

You will assist with events and campaigns, communicate effectively, and maintain detailed activity logs while supporting property operations and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor's degree program in a relevant field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and close the sale per guidelines.
• Schedule and conduct tours for prospective residents.
• Lead follow up and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist in promoting the community via social media and events.
• Support email/text campaigns and logging interactions in Entrata/TextUs.
• Log maintenance requests and maintain activity records.
