Landmark Properties seeks a Leasing & Marketing Assistant to support planning of community events, participate in on- and off-campus activities, and assist in serving prospective residents to meet goals set by the Community Manager.

The role requires an outgoing personality and the ability to act as a quality leader for Community Ambassadors, supporting leasing data tracking, curb appeal, social media campaigns, and resident retention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain model and tour route daily
• Assist in maintaining property curb appeal
• Track and report leasing data, metrics and goals
• Develop and execute methods to retain residents and attract new ones
• Create and maintain relationships with vendors
• Organize monthly resident events
• Organize monthly marketing events
• Prepare for housing fairs and on-campus events
• Assist with social media campaigns to maintain an online presence
• Ensure follow-up activities for all prospective residents
