Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for residents and prospects, delivering exceptional service and sales excellence. You will guide prospects to select homes and support residents throughout their residency lifecycle.

Reports to: Senior Community/Community Manager; duties are tailored to the community and agent's skills, experience, and goals. Expect a dynamic, customer-focused environment with opportunities to contribute to marketing and move-in

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Experience in multi-family, rental, or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and determine needs and preferences.
• Present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Process lease applications and notify applicants of results.
• Convert leads into leases and follow up on non-leases.
• Maintain accurate data and prepare leasing reports.
