Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in the Seguin, TX area. You will coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

Expected duties include preparing lease documents, tours, and maintaining accurate records, with a strong emphasis on customer service and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in sales or leasing is preferred.
• Basic level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; complete monthly move-in processes.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail or email and convert inquiries to tours.
