Avenue5 Residential in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support prospective residents through tours, qualification, and lease processing. You will coordinate move-ins, manage renewals, and maintain accurate traffic and leasing records as part of a high-service property team.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, organized documentation, and collaboration with maintenance and management to deliver a quality living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.
• Basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork and processes.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition.
• Orient prospective and current residents to the property and manage renewal paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity and follow up with prospective residents.
• Convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments for tours.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-ins and coordinate move-in/out needs with maintenance.
• Create and maintain confidential resident files and review move-in paperwork.
• Complete weekly leasing reports and manage daily open/close procedures.
• Support resident relations and process service requests promptly.
