Job summary

HH Red Stone Properties in Riverside, CA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing and marketing across our portfolio, delivering excellent service and maintaining strong occupancy. You will conduct tours, qualify applicants, manage lease paperwork, coordinate move-ins, and address maintenance inquiries while ensuring compliance and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• 1 year of direct sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience.
• Availability Monday-Friday in leasing office (weekends if needed).

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing tours, qualify potential residents, and manage lease paperwork efficiently.
• Ensure a seamless leasing process with a clear and transparent experience for applicants.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and team members.
• Address tenant concerns and assist with maintenance requests and lease-related inquiries.
• Plan and execute resident events to enhance community experience and engagement.
• Support marketing efforts to keep materials and listings up-to-date with brand.
• Complete leasing documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, including Fair Housing.
