Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Miami to warmly greet prospects, present homes, and guide decisions with excellent customer service. You will manage applications, convert leads to leases, and maintain market-ready models.

Responsibilities include data entry, reporting, and supporting marketing efforts. A high school diploma is preferred with strong communication and sales skills; hospitality or property management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multifamily/property management or related sales/hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and determine needs; present homes and features.
• Process lease applications and verify; notify results promptly.
• Convert leads to leases; follow up with non-leases.
• Enter data into Entrata and generate leasing reports for management.
• Maintain market-ready homes and ensure clean, appealing models.
