Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Showcase the community with in-person and virtual tours highlighting features and amenities.
• Convert leads into residents by prompt follow-up via phone, email, text, and online platforms.
• Support marketing and leasing traffic through online listings, social media, events, and local outreach.
• Guide the leasing journey by explaining lease terms and ensuring complete documentation.
• Deliver an exceptional resident experience by addressing questions and resolving concerns.
• Maintain show-ready homes and move-in readiness, coordinating with maintenance and office teams.
• Collaborate with property teams to coordinate move-ins/outs and daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records in property management systems and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
