Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in Property, Hotel, Retail, or Sales.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and operate office systems.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to residents and guests.
• Show and lease apartments and assist in the moving process.
• Initiate Maintenance Service Requests and follow up with residents.

Verbal and written communication skills (English)

Ability to type at least 35 words per minute

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

High school graduate or GED equivalent
